This policy explains deposit requirements, cancellations, and no-show situations for guided trips.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to secure all guided trips. Deposits confirm the reservation and remove the date from availability.

Deposit Amount

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total trip cost.

Client Cancellations

Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled trip may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made with more notice may be eligible for rescheduling at the guide’s discretion.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the agreed meeting location and time without notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows forfeit all deposits and may be charged the full trip fee.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a shortened trip without refund. Excessive lateness may be treated as a no-show.

Guide-Initiated Cancellations

If the guide cancels due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, deposits may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled trip at the client’s option.
